With a Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT from NUST and postgraduate degrees from top law schools in the UK and US—including an Ivy League Master's in Law—Mr. Muhammad Usman Piracha stands at the cutting edge of law and technology. His unique academic and professional background allows him to seamlessly bridge these domains, offering visionary insights into the legal and regulatory challenges shaping the future of AI. As the founder of Elegant Intelligence (Eligient), a groundbreaking legal tech startup, he is revolutionizing the landscape of AI regulation and legal innovation.

Eligient was one of a select few AI Tech companies, invited to exhibit (with government sponsorship) at London Tech Week 2024, underscoring its pioneering role in the legal AI landscape. In recognition of his impact, he received the NIC Aerospace Technologies' 2025 Trailblazer in AI & Tech Law Award—the only recipient in the last three years, selected by key stakeholders from both public and private sectors. He was also a Keynote Speaker at Future Fest 2025, a premier global tech conference featuring leading innovators and high achievers in technology. Mr. Piracha began his legal career at Linklaters' global headquarters in London - one of the world's largest and most prestigious law firms, and later served at the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York before establishing Pirachas - his private legal practice advising global tech companies and startups in international law, tech law, and dispute resolution.
